今天做了很特別的夢, 我夢到我和很多弟兄姊妹在一起, 很有趣的是 這些弟兄姊妹有包含愛丁堡和台中 (甚至還有高中好朋友), 我在裡面的感覺像是剛回到小組當中, 背景像是一個對外的事工 (在一個不熟悉的環境), 卻只有看到大家準備要獻詩, 在獻詩之前幾個成員考慮我的因素 特地帶我滑過一個通道到屋外 一起練唱. 為了不讓其他弟兄姊妹等太久, 她們從要獻詩的4首詩歌中選1首跟我一起練, 她們都比較想唱一首叫 ”人生之(的)歌”, 夢中的我心想著 選這首詩歌像是為我而選的. 我們清唱了兩段之後, 陳牧師就來催我們. 好有趣的夢, 夢醒後趕緊寄下這段夢. “人生之歌” 原本還記得旋律, 因為沒有力氣去拿mp3 recorder錄下來, 一賴床就忘記了. 只記得第一個字 “delight, …”

這幾天聯絡執行獎學金申請的秘書, 總算有個明顯的回音了. 獎學金的結果 大約幾週後才會公佈, 並且一定要系主任提名, 今天寫了email給系主任 卻收到out of office的自動回函, 腦中馬上出現一個想法, 我必須在他回來前完成一部動畫, 我想 他會是我是否得獎學金最關鍵的人物, 再來就是我的tutor / 指導教授, 系主任每次看到我幾乎跟我說一次 我的tutor是他的鄰居, 好像他們關係很好一樣. 我想一定是 我還沒完成一部動畫 讓老師們覺得不滿足. 上個月 最後一次來愛丁堡找老師時, tutor和Allan都要我趕快完成一支動畫, 我想這是很大的暗示了, 然而 我到現在才決定要再動工. 快點加把勁吧!!

回函上說系主任8月20日回來, 應該是月底就會知道結果. 正好大姊一家人要回希臘14天, 近月底回來. 我想 我這個月還是把時間省下來好好的完成作品吧. 就這麼決定!

今天我們又一起BBQ, 因為下週姊夫會開始邀請朋友來家裡一起BBQ, 所以這是姊夫的第二次暖身. 之後我們一起看Babel (Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett主演), 我們都很喜歡這部電影.

Thank you for your reply which helps to clarify the position with regards to any application. The Assistant Registrar is awaiting final communication from the College Secretary regarding the nomination process, after which all enquirers will be contacted/ written to.

We will at this stage establish your eligibility (given that you will only be attending College for one further term on the MDes) but, as the nominations are made purely on academic merit/attainment, I would advise you to contact your Head of School to discuss any potential nomination based on your assessment history to date.

I’m sorry I cannot provide you with a more definitive response at this stage but please be assured you will receive a letter from us in the next couple of weeks.
